The terms for Eyeline.
Who you are agreeing with
Eyeline Studio and Eyeline Float are provided by Alastella Technologies Limited, trading as Alastella (“we”). By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms with Alastella Technologies Limited.
Plans and prices
- Practise (free): the live camera with your script on top. No payment needed.
- Eyeline Monthly, ₦3,000 a month: unlimited takes in Eyeline Studio, downloaded to your device.
- Eyeline Everything, ₦5,000 a month: everything in Monthly, plus Eyeline Float for Mac and Windows, including the Interview co-pilot.
Prices are in Nigerian naira.
Billing and renewal
Plans bought on this website are billed monthly by card through Paystack, on behalf of Alastella Technologies Limited. Your plan renews automatically each month on the same date, and your card is charged the price shown at the time, until you cancel. We email a receipt for each payment. If a renewal payment fails, we email you, and your plan doesn't extend past the period you have already paid for.
If you move from Monthly to Everything, your Monthly plan stops so you are never charged for both, and the days you have already paid for carry over.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account inside Eyeline Studio. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then ends. Deleting your account also stops your plan from renewing.
Using Eyeline
- You are responsible for what you record and for having the right to record the people and places in your takes.
- The Interview co-pilot suggests answers from the background you give it. It can be wrong, and you decide what to say. Check the rules of any interview, exam or call before using it.
- Don't misuse the service, for example by trying to break its security or get around plan limits.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
Your videos and scripts stay on your devices and belong to you. What the Interview co-pilot sends to provide answers is described in our privacy policy.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may improve or change features. If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
